PunchUP Ventures

Welcome to PunchUP Ventures

We partner with entrepreneurs from the very early days to establish solid financial operations and business acumen.

About Us

PunchUP Ventures is the niche, early-stage venture fund that strategically targets and propels start-up companies to scale efficiently and responsibly.

As a sector agnostic venture fund, we are built around the core pillars of balance fit of market opportunity, clear investment strategy and team composition.

Frank Mastronuzzi

Frank Mastronuzzi has been working with start-ups in an outsourced CFO and Accounting Services capacity for more than 15 years.  Over 7 years ago, Frank founded Punch Financial with the vision and intention of helping start-ups and founders with their accounting and finance operations. To date, Punch Financial start-ups have raised over $500MM in venture capital.  Some of Punch’s clients include Honey, Boulevard, WaveXR, Lootcrate, and many others.
In addition to Punch, Frank has been a business mentor for some of the most coveted start-up accelerators in venture capital. Prior to the creation of Punch, Frank worked in various high level roles at Deloitte, Motorola, Match.com, Prezi and many other start-ups.
Frank graduated from Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin, TX (MBA) and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (B.S., Accounting). He presently resides in Los Angeles, CA with his spouse and two dogs (Lola and Luca) with regular trips to the San Francisco Bay Area to meet with clients and build his network.
